My name is Paul Charlton. I am an orthotist with over 30 years experience with involvement in specialist assessment, research and education. I have  set up this website to try and share some of that experience


My real skills are analysing gait problems and identifying best biomechanical intervention, not always orthotics but understanding where weakness or lack of control lies and how this may be addressed


I have developed clear succesfull approaches in using othotic intervention to manage severe peripheral neuropathy and contribute to optimal rehabilitation following damage to the central nervouse system
